Author guidelines for poster presentations

  • Poster presentations format DIN A0 (or smaller), portrait orientation
  • Posters will be displayed as long as the conference takes place, there are no dedicated poster sessions.
  • Please hang up your poster before the daily oral program starts by yourself, preferably on the first day of the conference.
  • All material for hanging up posters will be available at site.
  • Please remove your poster latest on Thursday after the end of the conference
  • No digital posters
  • Please mind: we do not offer printing service at site, you have to print your poster and then transport it to the conference site by yourself or have it done by a colleague.
